We accept returns on wine if the product is flawed. There must be most of the wine left in the bottle. Recipt required, must be a recent purchase. Allow us to recommend a suitable replacement!
Spirits are only allowed to be returned if still sealed and resellable. Recipet required, must be a recent purchase. Exceptions are on a case by case basis (expired cream liqeurs for example).
We only accept beer returns if the items are dated. Recipt required, must be a recent purchase.
Large orders (weddings etc) we can accept unopened resellable wine/spritis. Recipet required, must be a recent purchase. Let's discuss details.
